Beyond managing change, it is essential that change agents carefully plan, facilitate and lead change so as to minimize resistance and disruption, as well as to enhance performance sustainably.

Hence, developing effective leadership in change management is fundamental in improving organizations’ agility towards change and in empowering organizations to change faster, smarter and more efficiently. How can HR plays an important role here?
