THE DELICATE ART & FASCINATING SCIENCE OF (VERTICALLY) DEVELOPMENTAL COACHING
JOIN US ON 20 MARCH 2024 (WEDNESDAY)
2.00 PM – 4.00 PM (SGT, UTC +08)
In a complex, deeply disrupted world, supporting coaching clients to reach their objectives is becoming ever more challenging. There is no straight path from intention to action and linear, goal-focused coaching models often prove limiting. Quite often, the reason clients are stuck is not because they need a different strategy for action, but because they need a whole new way of thinking, from which a whole new set of behaviours can emerge. The role of a coach has become more sophisticated and, perhaps, more important than ever before. Besides being a companion in clients’ path to achievements, coaches are increasingly becoming space-holders for clients’ developmental transformation.
This webinar is dedicated to professional and internal coaches who wish to explore the value of vertical development for impactful coaching. It offers an overview of the research underpinning this fascinating field and the implications for coaching practice. It also introduces a new, research based, developmental coaching model that coaches can integrate into their work.
Agenda
- What is developmental coaching and how does it enhance traditional coaching methods?
- Why is grasping developmental stages and diverse client needs crucial in coaching?
- How can the DECIIDED™ coaching model broaden the influence of the GROW model and introduce a new paradigm in coaching?
