Overview

GMI
  • We use Growth Mindset Institute’s (GMI) Mindset Profiler to help people understand their fixed mindset triggers and practise shifting them towards a Growth Mindset.
  • The GMI Mindset Profiler assessment aims to give insight into your fixed mindset triggers and the impact they have on your performance. Through the profiler, participants will learn to recognise their fixed mindset responses in order to develop strategies to have a more persistent growth mindset, which is key to maintaining motivation and becoming more resilient.
  • The GMI Mindset Profiler is the world’s first mindset assessment tool that was developed in partnership with researchers from top universities (Stanford, Indiana and Texas Universities). Based upon neurological and psychological research concerning the human mindset, this profiler gives an accurate representation of an individual’s mindset beliefs, triggers and attitudes.
