Foundation Diploma in Developmental Coaching

The Foundation Diploma in Developmental Coaching is specially designed for business leaders looking to bring developmental coaching into their organisations and for coaches seeking to deepen their practice and pursue their first ICF credential.

With 92 hours of learning, this is the first developmental coaching program to receive Level 1 Accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It also offers coaches a direct pathway to ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials.

Learning sessions will be conducted by Dr Alis Anagnostakis founder of the Vertical Development Institute and an Adjunct Fellow at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is a leadership development facilitator, executive coach, and researcher with over 15 years of experience working with senior leaders across multiple industries, sectors, and countries.

The Diploma in Developmental Coaching utilises original, peer-reviewed research in the field of adult development and proprietary developmental coaching tools. All of which are compliant with the rigorous framework of the latest ICF coaching competencies.
